The Day After Tomorrow

The story focuses on aclimatologistwho has been warning authorities about a possible worldwide collapse due to global warming. As it always happens in disaster films, the day of the debacle, his son goes on a trip to New York City, which gets hit by a superstorm and goes underwater in a matter of minutes. The scientist goes on a search in order to retrieve his son from a completely frozen city, as the rest of the world enters a modern ice age.

Everest

Set in 1996, Everest follows twoexpeditiongroups, Adventure Consultants and Mountain Madness, on a climb to the summit of Mount Everest. The former is led by Kiwi mountaineer Rob Hall (Clarke), an experienced climber who has previously ascended Everest four times. Joining him is an American journalist, Jon Krakauer (Michael Kelly).
